What your measurement means

mg/mL tells you the strength of your infusion.

It means milligrams of the measured cannabinoid in each milliliter of infusion. For example, a THC reading of 12.3 mg/mL means an estimated 12.3 milligrams of THC per milliliter.

Turn your measurement into a recipe plan

Use your result with the calculator to estimate how much infused and uninfused oil to use for your recipe and chosen serving strength.

Measure each batch, adjust the amount in your recipe, and keep a record of what you used. That gives you a clearer starting point for a more consistent process next time.

Love it

I can’t say enough about the tCheck device! It’s really helped me assure I’m dosing the right amount and not over or under dosing for clients. Thank you I love this device!!!!!!!

wow

I have used the tCheck 2 over the last two years and have found it’s a rapid way to check the concentration of different formulations. I have compared the results with 3rd party lab testing and was amazed by it’s accuracy.

very happy

Game changer! No more guessing what my doses are. I make tinctures for friends and family and they have been extremely happy with what I have provided.

Excellent

Just purchased my second Check potency tester to run more tests at once. It does an excellent job of distinguishing CBD in real bud.

Your questions, answered

Can tCheck test hemp-derived infusions?

Yes. Supported infusions can be made using decarboxylated CBDa-dominant hemp flower or CBD distillate / isolate, with a supported infusion base.

How accurate is tCheck?

For supported infusions: ±4 mg/mL when made from decarboxylated flower, or ±2 mg/mL when made from distillates / purified cannabinoids. Supported dried-flower testing with the Expansion Kit has ±3 percentage-point accuracy. Same-infusion-sample repeatability within ±0.5 mg/mL is a separate specification.

Do I need the Expansion Kit?

The device supports infusion testing. Choose the device + Expansion Kit for supported dried-flower and concentrate testing, which requires its preparation procedure. Supported concentrates are winterized distillates and purified cannabinoids / isolates.

What if I use a different oil or concentrate?

Use the supported base and source lists on this page to check compatibility. Colored alcohols and concentrate testing of RSO, FECO, bubble hash, or pressed rosin are not supported. Contact support about materials outside the supported lists before purchasing.

Does a result guarantee the dose in each serving?

No. Use the measurement with its applicable accuracy specification. tCheck does not guarantee dosing or identical results in every serving.
