I'm having trouble connecting to the device

  • tCheck uses BLE (Bluetooth low energy) which is different than standard Bluetooth
    Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
  • Ensure that location services is enabled for the tCheck app
    (The BLE library we use in the app ties BLE capability to location services)
  • Turn on your tCheck device and ensure that the top logo is showing the colors Blue-Blue-Green.
  • In the tCheck app, tap <Run Test> and a screen will show up listing all of the tCheck devices visible to the app
  • Select your device and you should be all set
