HOW TO Get a Replacement Tray

Q: My tray is damaged, can it be fixed?  

Q:  I want to purchase additional trays. 

Each tCheck device is individually calibrated with a matching tray.  Due to microscopic manufacturing differences from tray to tray, we are unable to calibrate tCheck devices with multiple trays.

Q: My tray is damaged beyond repair or lost.  How do I initiate the process for re-calibration with a new tray? 

A replacement tray may be order here.  Your tCheck device will need to be sent back to our California factory for re-calibration.  Once your device is received, typical re-calibration time is 2-3 business days.
