ERROR MESSAGE - <1%

What do I do when I keep getting a less than 1% error message when testing fresh flower? 

Answer:

There are two reasons why you may be getting this message:

  1. The flower weight is incorrect - It is important that the flower be dried before running the test because fresh flower from the plant contains a lot of water.

  2. Infusion time - Please be sure to use the reagent supplied in your tCheck flower testing expansion kit as all of the algorithms are optimized for that solvent.  Ensure that dried flower material stays in the solvent for 4~6 minutes.  Any less than that, and your readings will be low.
