Shipping Rates 

Notice:  As of March 15, 2023, all orders shipped to a US location will be shipped with an adult signature required. 

  

• Shipping Rates - Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and item weight/size/type.  

• To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:  

• Select View Cart 

• Click on "Calculate Shipping" and provide the shipping address 

• Click the "Update" button 

• A rate will be provided based on the item selected and the location where it is being shipped.  

• If you don't see a rate - the reason may be that the item you have in your cart isn't eligible to ship to that location.  Please check the product page under the shipping header. 

• U.S. Shipping Rates (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)  

• We offer one Flat Rate shipping method to simplify the shipping process. 

• International Shipping Rates (Excludes EU Member Countries)  

• We offer a variety of shipping methods Standard International rates are provided at the shipping screen during the view cart or checkout process. 

• Select the rate that best suits your delivery needs based on your location. 

• Please email customer support if you have a specific delivery request to your international location.  Occasionally we can provide alternative shipping options via DHL, FedEx, or UPS as long as the price you paid covers the change in carrier. 

• About Customs, Duties & Taxes:  
• When ordering, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. 

• Shipping Costs Are not refundable in the event you return your order.
