Reagent Solid After Shipment
If your reagent arrives solid or solidifies, do not worry!
Gently warm the reagent up by leaving it in a warm spot in the house, in a bowl with warm water for about 1 hour, or rolling the bottle in between your hands to thaw out.
Our reagent solidifies around 62° F (18° C), so it's not that cold to the touch. NOTE: Do not microwave the reagent. It is also important to not heat above 185° F (18° C). When completely thawed, it will be transparent and liquid again.
