Delete App Account & Data

Are you sure you’re ready to delete your tCheck app account/data? 

We’re sorry to see you go! Deleting your account will permanently remove most information, including the following:  

• Email Address 

• Location Data 

• App Data  

• Test results 

• Log entries 

We will retain a record of any support tickets filed and data from previous and in-progress orders. 

This action cannot be undone! 

How to request an account removal 

To request the deletion of your app account and data, please send an email to Customer Support with the subject line: "Delete tCheck app account" and include your tCheck account email address in the body of the email. 

Once received, our support team will respond to the provided email address to confirm your request. Please allow up to 3 business days for the email to arrive.
