Cannabis-Infused Pink Sauce
Cannabis-Infused Pink Sauce
By now, you have probably heard of the viral Pink Sauce that is taking over the internet!

Pink Sauce, which originated from TikToker @Chef.Pii, is a viral condiment that pairs well with fast foods like fried chicken, nuggets, and sandwiches – kind of similar to a Chick-fil-A sauce. This bright pink sauce gets its eye catching color from Dragon fruit & is sweetened with Honey.

I knew I had to find a way to infuse this sauce!!

Initially, the plan was to just purchase a bottle and infuse it myself, but this was a VIRAL sauce. It was already sold out so, I did some research, found the ingredient list, and curated this recipe for you guys!

Instructions For Infusion:

First, I decarbed a full .25g of raw THCA flowertested with my TCheck ( @ 11.8%THC )

Then Infused that flower into a 1.5 sticks of butter (3/4 cup) (2.5 hour process)

After the infusion was complete, I tested the butter again and it came back at a whopping 90mg per tablespoon!

Infused Pink Sauce Recipe:

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ½ cup dragon fruit

I then added my full ¾ cup of INFUSED butter into the blender along with the other ingredients and finally had the viral (but infused) pink sauce in my possession.

Results:

The sauce had little to no flower taste – definitely tasted like a sweet ranch!
Let us know if you try this recipe! It was truly fun to make and even more fun to eat!
