tCheck may be shipped to anywhere in the world except for embargoed countries such as: China, Japan, Singapore, etc. If your country is not listed, please send us a note to support@tcheck.me. Note that some locations may require additional import tariffs. At this time, tCheck 2 is not shipping to any EU nation or any nation signatory to the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA requires a CE marking – which we’re currently waiting for – so please check back in a few months! You’ll find updated information on the webpage for the device – under the shipping tab.

Yes. We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price of the tCheck within 45 days of the delivery date. Any subscriptions will also be cancelled and refunds will be pro-rated. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
