tCheck may be shipped to anywhere in the world except for embargoed countries such as: China, Japan, Singapore, etc. If your country is not listed, please send us a note to support@tcheck.me. Note that some locations may require additional import tariffs. At this time, tCheck 2 is not shipping to any EU nation or any nation signatory to the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA requires a CE marking – which we’re currently waiting for – so please check back in a few months! You’ll find updated information on the webpage for the device – under the shipping tab.
Please allow for up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Yes. We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price of the tCheck within 30 days of the delivery date. Any subscriptions will also be cancelled and refunds will be pro-rated. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Yes. We ship internationally via DHL for the tCheck 2, and via FedEx for the expansion kit. Please check with the courier service to see what local customs fees may apply.

tCheck2 and accessories require a reservation payment. Your card will be charged now. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days. Taxes, shipping, and discounts will be applied at checkout.
