Return Policy

The tCheck promise offers a 30-day money back guarantee. To return the device to tCheck, it should be in the original packaging and must not have been disassembled. Please ensure that all accessories are included. Contact support@tcheck.me for return instructions.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tcheck.me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (not reimbursable).

tCheck2 and accessories require a reservation payment. Your card will be charged now. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days. Taxes, shipping, and discounts will be applied at checkout.
