Easy Chocolate Nugget recipe

Organic chocolates - melts in your mouth delicious!

Infused chocolate with the flavors and nutrients of herbs, fruits, and other ingredients

To make infused coconut oil
2 cups organic coconut oil
2 oz dried, ground botanical herbs 

  • Decarb botanicals by baking covered in a 250°F oven for 25 minutes
  • Put all ingredients into Magical Butter machine: 1 hour @ 160°F
  • Strain into mason jar and cool
  • Measure potency using tCheck (ours came out at 0.9 mg/ml)

 To make the chocolate nuggets:

1/2 cup herbal infused coconut oil (from above)
1/2 cup organic cacao butter
1 cup organic cocoa powder
1 tablespoon organic Madagascar vanilla extract
1/4 cup organic blue agave

  • Melt infused coconut oil and cacao butter over low heat in double boiler, stirring constantly
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and blue agave, mix thoroughly
  • Carefully stir in cocoa powder
  • Spoon into molds and cool in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (do not freeze!)
  • Keep refrigerated

We used silicone ice trays, each cube approximately 2 tsp. Resulting nuggets are ~7.5g (1/2 oz) each.
